ep 13: Addiction, substance use & enabling our loved ones

Episode 13 is filled with discussions surrounding substance abuse, use and addiction. Deanna and Frances also explore and discuss the difference between helping and enabling behaviors that some of us exhibit when we have a loved one struggling with substance abuse. Supportive resources and advice is shared which will hopefully guide people in a healing direction toward sobriety and the resolution of co-dependent family dynamics that is oftentimes found in families who are struggling with an addiction (no judgement, by the way.) Later in the show the women introduce their new segment called the “Good News Feed” where they share some of their favorite good news stories of the week.
