My friend came over last night to do some resin art with me. I was nervous how it would turn out since I have only done it a few times & I’m still trying to find my footing, in addition to this being her first time working with resin. Kind of felt like the blind leading the blind but we did it! This could have been a complete disaster but it ended up being my favorite one so far. What I love about working with this medium is it feels like you almost can’t mess up. There’s freedom in just letting go and seeing what the paints will do on their own and finding beauty in whatever form it takes shape. I also am grateful for the sense of calm and inner peace it brings me when I’m focusing on things that are outside of my head. When I work on projects like this my brain is silent for once. No chaotic chattering, anxious or intruding thoughts …… I’m just present, happy and centered. I can’t wait to continue to show you guys what I come up with in the future. Comment below and tell me what your favorite color blends are 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 I may use them in a future project! #resinbeginner #HilariousHumanitarianArt #babysteps #learninggrowing
