The inspiration behind the product:

We created our first guest book years ago with a blank journal. Every time someone came to visit us we asked them to write a haiku about their visit or draw a self portrait. Nearly two decades later we have a treasured collection of drawings and haikus that make us smile every time we flip through.

When two friends visited us at the end 2022 they commented that they wished they had a book like this in their home and loved the idea of giving visitors prompts to leave a message about their visit. That conversation got me thinking about how we could design a guest book for them and anyone else looking to commemorate their time hosting friends and family.
