I bought these for the sentiment, which is perfect for my sweary friends. I guess I just expected it to feel a little bit more substantial, for sticky notes that cost over $5. They’re so flimsy feeling - very dollar store quality. For gifting, it feels too cheap to be a little stand-alone gift for a $5 gift exchange. I like to support a small business when possible so I don’t regret purchasing them. They’re just not a stand-alone small gift item.
